Admission requirements:
- Meet “Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations" (FMCSR) and Wil-Trans guidelines
- Must have valid CDL or driver's license from your state of residency, and have no current license suspension or revocation
- No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last 5 years as follows:
- Excessive speeding, involving any single offense for any speed of 15 mph or more above the posted speed limit
- Reckless driving as defined by state or local law regulation, including but not limited to the offense of driving a motor vehicle in a willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property
- Improper or erratic lane changes
- Following the vehicle ahead too closely
- Driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
- Hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- No preventable accidents involving fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within 3 years
(Disabling damage means damage that prevents departure of any motor vehicle from the scene of an accident in its usual manner in daylight after simple repairs. This includes damaged vehicles that are drivable, but would incur further damage, if so driven.)
- Must be 23 years old
- No Felonies within the last 7 years from the time restitution (fine, sentence, etc…) was completed
- Misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis unless drug related which then fall into the felony category.
- No suspension of License due to points, DUI, DWI etc … in the last 5year
- Must sign letter stating you are able to complete duties required for driving and possible unloading of trailers
- No more than 4 jobs in 3 years
