Once Student has graduated and possesses his/her CDL, the student orientation starts Monday AM with an introduction to the training programs, paperwork, classroom, and in-truck evaluations.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday the students join the Wil-Trans Orientation.
Friday the student will meet his/her trainer and start the OTR portion of the training.
The program is designed to get students up to speed with Wil-Trans company policies, procedures, and business practices. Our goal is to get the students out gaining experience and making money as soon as practically possible and give them the confidence and knowledge to run using our business model under the tutelage of a senior Wil-Trans trainer.
