Driver of the Month
Once a month, each fleet manager nominates a driver to be chosen for the Driver of the Month award. The winner is chosen based on their overall performance, as the voters are only given performance data and not the driver’s names when voting.

Each Driver of the Month winner is automatically entered into the Driver of the Year contest.

Ronnie Bean — February 2011
Ronnie joined Wil-Trans as a student driver in March of 2010. After completing his training, Ronnie continued driving a company truck while training new students. Today, Ronnie is enjoying the benefits and independence of leasing his first truck.

David Morris — January 2011
David joined Wil-Trans as a student driver in February of 2009 and has quickly worked his way up through the ranks in the company. He has experienced driving as a trainee, a trainer, and is now a successful solo operator.
