Teddy Lee
Please join Wil-Trans in congratulating Mr. Teddy Lee for the award of March 2008 driver of the month. His Fleet Manager, Darrel Lake, nominated Mr. Lee for his dedication, miles, logs, and fuel mileage. Through a blind vote, Teddy was unanimously voted March DOM! Teddy hails us from Illinois, and says, "I'm speechless, I was just doing my job!" He continued, "Wil-Trans is an awesome company to work for. Jason Lytle
Please join us in congratulating Mr. Jason Lytle for the accomplishment of February driver of the month. Jason has been with Wil-Tans for over 15 months. His fleet manager, Jeff Thomas, nominated Jason for his dedication and hard work, also mentioning that he is one of our best trainers. Jason joins us from North Carolina and says, "The people here at Wil-Trans are some of the best I have ever met. From dispatch to training, you couldn't ask to be part of a better family!" Greg Sanders
Mr. Greg Sanders was nominated and voted January driver of the month for safe on-time deliveries. "A good guy, always on time, good fuel mileage and an all around good driver," says Jeff Thomas, Wil-Trans Fleet Manager. "Wil-Trans always shoots you straight," says Mr. Sanders, "They get you the loads you want, and the communication here is unbeatable!" Greg runs his truck with us out of Houston, TX! Ernie and Shannon Snider
Mr. and Mrs. Snider have been with Wil-Trans since March 2007. When asked about how they feel about being awarded December driver of the month they commented, "It's cool, Wil-Trans has always kept it personal with us, and this is one of the best things I can say about them." Ernie and Shannon hail us from Utah, and say, "Darryl Easter is a good guy, "He takes a licking and keeps on ticking! Always pulls through for us!" Alan Wood
Please join us in congratulating Mr. Alan Wood on the November Driver of the Month award! Alan joined the Wil-Trans family nearly 6 years ago a little green to the trucking industry and over the last 5 years, 9 months and a number of days has gone from trainee to company driver, lease operator and this year "Finally," he says, Owner Operator. "The people," Alan says, "is the real reason I am here! I was the first driver to receive the $10,000.00 driver retention bonus here at Wil-Trans and have been shooting for Driver of the Month award ever since! They treat me like family, I see myself retiring here with Wil-Trans." Alan's Fleet Manager, Darrel Lake, says he was a "shoe-in" for his dedication and hard work. Shane Blythe
Mr. Shane Blythe has been with working with Wil-Trans for nearly two years. With the nomination from his Fleet Manager, Darrel Lake, Shane was voted October's Driver of the Month through a blind vote. Revenue combined with safety and on-time deliveries are just a couple of the things that brought Shane over the top!
When asked how he felt about the award, Shane replied, "I am very honored. I have been in trucking for over 11 years and I could not ask for a better company or fleet manager. It was with Wil-Trans' help that I was able to get my Peterbilt! Thank You!"
